These bi-monthly events are designed to be an opportunity to step out of your day-to-day and connect with some incredible entrepreneurs and founders.
Each event will focus on one core area of business: sales, money, marketing, confidence and community - it changes each month.
This isn’t a keynote. Or a workshop.
It’s a live conversation with practical insights, shared experiences and real tools you can apply to your business immediately, so you feel less isolated and brimming with ideas to make your business a standout.
You’ll walk away excited, inspired more confident and probably with a new friend or two.

When: 9:30am - 11am
Where: WOTSO space. Shop H, AECOM House, 8 Mahuhu Crescent Auckland CBD
How it works: Networking and mingling starts at 9:30. Grab yourself a coffee and connect with some new people.
This is followed by a 30 min discussion from our guest speaker who will be announced soon...
You will have the opportunity to have your curly questions answered by our guest expert and use the hive mind to troubleshoot any problems you're currently experiencing.
The event wraps at 11am (ish) but you're welcome to stay longer, chat and exchange details with your new business besties.

I’m Rosie, your business success coach.
From law papers to flowers, my journey is built on many failures: I dropped my law degree, quit advertising and eventually quit attempting to do what was expected of mw and instead, create a values aligned life that challenged the status quo.
My first business was a passion project and where my love of business and entrepreneurship began. In a big to escape the tedium of corporate drudgery I started a florist business, growing it from the garden shed to a 6 figure Ponsonby Road success story.
More than a decade later, working with Saben, Dermalogica and the Icehouse, I helped launch the Empow/HER Scholarship and it was here that my passion for working with female founders & business owners evolved into my own coaching business.
Now I help business owners feel courageous and confident to grow a business of their own which allows them to create a life by design, not by default.
