In just 3 years, I’ve worked with nearly 100 founders across Australia, New Zealand and around the world.
So many talented founders are spinning their wheels, not because they can’t do the work, but because they’re second guessing themselves, shifting tactics before or looking over their shoulder at what everyone else is doing. You know what, that is totally normal.

Why Rosie?
From law papers to flowers, my first business was a passion project which enabled me to escape corporate drudgery (lets be honest, I would have been a terrible lawyer).
Realising early on that a corporate environment wasn't a place in which I would thrive, I quit my law degree, quit advertising and eventually quit attempting to do what was expected of me and instead, did what inspired me.
It was starting a florist & events business and growing it from the garden shed to a 6 figure Ponsonby Road success where my love of business and entrepreneurship began.

More than a decade after my first business success, it was working with Saben, Dermalogica and the Icehouse to launch the Empow/HER Scholarship where my passion for working with female founders & business owners evolved into my own coaching business.
