I’m a business success coach, accountability partner and mentor helping creative entrepreneurs build profitable businesses they genuinely love, so they can live life by design, not by default.
Since starting my coaching business in 2023, I’ve worked with nearly 100 founders across Australia, New Zealand and around the world to help them build profitable, sustainable businesses.
A few years ago, I realised something important.
So many talented business owners were struggling. Not because they weren’t capable or have the ability, but because they were overwhelmed.
They had brilliant ideas.
Incredible skills.
A genuine desire to build something meaningful.
But they were stuck in the same cycle I see all the time:
Too much information.
Too many opinions online.
Too many strategies competing for their attention.
So instead of building momentum, they were second guessing themselves at every turn.
I remember thinking:
Running a business shouldn’t feel this confusing.
What most entrepreneurs actually need isn’t another complicated strategy or a shiny new tactic.
They need clarity.
They need support.
They need someone to help them focus on what truly matters.
That realisation is what shaped the way I work with my clients today.
Because when you remove the noise and focus on the right things, building a profitable business becomes a lot simpler and a lot more enjoyable.

Why Rosie?
From law papers to flowers, my first business was a passion project which enabled me to escape corporate drudgery (lets be honest, I would have been a terrible lawyer).
Realising early on that a corporate environment wasn't a place in which I would thrive, I quit my law degree, quit advertising and eventually quit attempting to do what was expected of me and instead, did what inspired me.
It was starting a florist & events business and growing it from the garden shed to a 6 figure Ponsonby Road success where my love of business and entrepreneurship began.

More than a decade after my first business success, it was working with Saben, Dermalogica and the Icehouse to launch the Empow/HER Scholarship where my passion for working with female founders & business owners evolved into my own coaching business.
Now I help other business owners feel courageous, confident and supported as they grow empires of their own and live a life by design, not by default.
