Hi, welcome.
I'm Rosie, a business success coach, accountability partner and mentor, here to help creative entrepreneurs like you build a business you love, so you can live a life by design, not by default.
My job is to help guide you from a place of confusion & overwhelm to clarity & confidence so you can create a profitable business you love, without the overwhelm or burnout.
I do this through group & 1:1 coaching, memberships, masterclasses and community & speaking events in Australia and New Zealand.
Working together, I will support you in your entrepreneurial journey, giving you the mindset and practical tools to grow your business feeling courageous, confident and supported along the way, so there’s always a reason to pop the bubbly!
Why Rosie?
From law papers to flowers, my first business was a passion project which enabled me to escape corporate drudgery (lets be honest, I would have been a terrible lawyer).
Realising early on that a corporate environment wasn't a place in which I would thrive, I quit my law degree, quit advertising and eventually quit attempting to do what was expected of me and instead, did what inspired me.
It was starting a florist & events business and growing it from the garden shed to a 6 figure Ponsonby Road success where my love of business and entrepreneurship began.
Why
Coaching?
More than a decade after my first business success, it was working with Saben, Dermalogica and the Icehouse to launch the Empow/HER Scholarship where my passion for working with female founders & business owners evolved into my own coaching business.
Now I help other business owners feel courageous, confident and supported as they grow empires of their own and live a life by design, not by default.
