Before starting work with Rosie I didn't know where to start, and I wanted someone to help put all of the ideas in a map that is achievable and sustainable for me. While I enjoy listening to podcasts, with where I am at with the business, I knew that I needed someone to cheer me on and slap some truth in when needed.

Before working with Rosie I was grabbing at all the shiny things thinking 'this thing' or 'this post' must be the one to work.

I tried expensive marketing coaches with complex systems and overwhelming ideas. It made business no fun.

My greatest insight is marketing and sales isn't a one time thing. It's a system of tiny little steps that build a relationship. Before working with Rosie I doubted myself because I compared myself to others. I felt stuck and at times also overwhelmed with everything I thought I “should” be doing, and that left me feeling confused about what steps to take next. 

I had tried learning bits and pieces from other programs before (countless free sales and marketing webinars, but most of it felt very generic), but nothing clicked and  I knew I needed a more personal approach. 

Since the majority of my clients find me on social media, I knew I needed to change my mindset about it. I was resisting being more visible and lacked consistency because it felt overwhelming and forced. 

Now my mindset has completely shifted. I’m no longer resisting social media and I actually enjoy it and always approach it from a fun perspective. Before I started working with Rosie, I didn't feel in control of my business and where it was heading. I needed some guidance around regaining control and to have an outside perspective on what big decisions needed to be made.

Now we are driving forward with clarity and as a team, working as a well oiled machine.

There were a couple of really integral decisions that needed to be made, and Rosie helped us to talk through what needed to happen as a step by step guide to making these happen. That sense of having more control again, and how this might look in the future is quite intoxicating - Rosie is relatable and easy breezy. She's likes to get down to the nitty gritty yes, but there's nothing scary or intimidating about her communication style.
