‘Creative Kind Podcast’ Episode 28

Welcome back, it’s so nice to have you.

Those who know me, know that I can talk to a brick wall so when I was invited to be a guest on artist Julie Battisti’s Podcast ‘The Creative Kind’, I jokingly asked ‘how long have you got’. 😅

In Episode #28, I shared advice on how to make your business work for you, not embracing hustle culture, burnout or change at a rapid rate but enjoying the process and exploring the importance of planning for the future, setting achievable goals, and finding joy in small wins.

The Creative Kind Episode #28

Here’s what Julie had to say about the episode:

In this episode I chat to the lovely @rosie.coaches about approaching business as a creative. Rosie is a business coach who delivers masterclasses, community and speaking events and one to one coaching to business owners and creative entrepreneurs.

We chat about how to make informed choices in your creative practice, avoid burnout, and approach long-term growth in a sustainable way.

Rosie emphasizes that success doesn’t come from working at 100% every day, but from showing up consistently—whether you’re putting in 10 minutes or a full day’s work. We also explore the importance of planning for the future, setting achievable goals, and finding joy in small wins.

You can follow all of Rosie's amazing work over on Instagram @rosie.coaches for more information on her high performance coaching services.

Until next time, Forever in your corner,

Rosie x
