2024: The Year With Meaning

Set yourself and your business up for a year that has meaning.

Goal setting isn’t necessarily about achieving targets or making money. It’s about the bigger picture and where you want to be personally and professionally. Once you are clear on that, the impact you have will be incredible.

As a business coach, this is how I approach setting goals that fulfil me FIRST and my business second.

1. Ask yourself, what is driving my goal setting? When setting goals or getting re-aligned at the start of the year, look at what is spurring on that decision to set and achieve that goal.

2. Fast forward 12 months. Where do you want to be? What do you want to achieve?

3. Understand what your priorities are. Connection? Community? Family? Money? If you haven’t got clarity on your priorities, it’s harder to narrow down what impact you want to have.

4. What results did you celebrate last year? What did you do? What went well? Which clients did you love working with?

5. What actions led to the desired results?

6. What thoughts led to those actions?

7. What goals didn’t go the way you wanted?

8. What led you to those results? What did you do? What didn’t you do?

9. Identify the thoughts which helped you.

10. Identify the thoughts which don’t help or serve you

Final thought: You don’t have to achieve ALL OF THE THINGS THIS YEAR. 2024 is a small speck on the timeline. The impact you want to have it up to you, remember that you don’t need to achieve them all.

If this motivated you to create meaningful impact for your business, you will love Rosie’s AMPLIFY Program.
